The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of Eat Lebanese, greeting guests, serving tables, and making drinks. You’ll be working with a small, skilled team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and dedication to great service will help create memorable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Greeting and seating guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Taking orders, serving food, and making drinks
- Maintaining a clean and organized front of house area
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any guest concerns
- Working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
- Adhering to RSA guidelines and following all relevant safety and hygiene protocols




- Making drink orders, pouring wines and cocktails (will be trained as you go)

About You

- RSA required (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
- Friendly, approachable, and qualified demeanor
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to handle busy periods while keeping a positive, calm demeanor
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks, including serving tables and making drinks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
