STELLA’S KITCHEN – LYSTERFIELD

CASUAL POSITION | 3–5 DAYS PER WEEK | DAY SHIFTS ONLY

Stella’s Kitchen is looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our busy and dynamic kitchen team.

Located within the beautiful Montague Orchards in Lysterfield, Stella’s Kitchen is a large, fast-paced restaurant catering for up to 400 guests, specialising in modern Australian cuisine.

We are seeking someone who has a genuine passion for hospitality, thrives in a high-volume kitchen and is willing to work as part of a large, supportive team.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a busy commercial kitchen – essential
- Previous experience in food preparation, basic cooking and kitchen operations
- Ability to assist chefs across various sections of the kitchen
- Experience working in a quick-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow instructions
- Be reliable, honest, punctual and hardworking
- Have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Be a team player who is willing to assist wherever required
- Must be available to work BOTH Saturdays and Sundays
- Must live locally or within close proximity to Lysterfield




- Must hold a valid driver's licence and have reliable transport

Availability on both Saturdays and Sundays is mandatory.
