Job Description

- Coordinating personnel mobilisation across multiple project sites
- Maintaining training matrices and workforce compliance records
- Managing compliance documentation through Myosh and client portals
- Booking training, inductions, flights, accommodation, and travel arrangements
- Coordinating PPE requirements and mobilisation readiness
- Managing project rosters and workforce scheduling
- Supporting subcontractor onboarding and project administration activities
- Raising purchase orders, obtaining quotes, and coordinating equipment requirements
- Providing general administrative support to the operations team

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Project Admin' should have:





- Previous experience within mobilisation, project administration, workforce planning or a similar support role
- Strong understanding of FIFO environments, compliance requirements and workforce logistics
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence using multiple systems and managing large volumes of information
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A flexible, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
