West Moreton Health in Ipswich is seeking expressions of interest for a Clinical Pharmacist role at Ipswich Hospital, as part of a rolling recruitment process. The role provides comprehensive clinical pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on evidence-based medication management under guidance from senior pharmacists.

We require a Pharmacy degree recognised by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and vaccination against vaccine-preventable diseases.
