Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service is offering a Clinical Nurse Consultant (McGrath Cancer Care Nurse – Colorectal) role. This permanent part time position (40 hours p.f.) leads colorectal cancer care, coordinates health assessment, treatment pathways and referrals, and facilitates ongoing clinical and supportive cancer care across the pathway with multidisciplinary teams.

The role supports a patient-centered continuum of care in the Wide Bay community, contributing to better outcomes and care
