Lollipop Collective is looking for friendly, reliable and customer-focused Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our team during our busiest trading period of the year. WHO WE ARE

Lollipop Collective brings together local small businesses that all trade within the one retail space, giving them the opportunity to showcase their brands within some of the busiest shopping centres throughout Australia. Customers are able to shop a diverse range of unique products and support local small businesses. Our retail team plays an important role in bringing these brands to life, creating a welcoming shopping experience and helping our vendors succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Opening and closing the store in accordance with operational procedures.
- Greeting customers and delivering friendly, engaging customer service.
- Building relationships with vendors and actively supporting their products.
- Learning product features and benefits to confidently assist customers.
- Maintaining beautiful, organised and visually appealing displays.
- Processing sales accurately through our POS system.
- Maintaining store presentation, cleanliness and general standards.
- Monitoring the shop floor and following loss prevention procedures.
- Working towards individual and store sales targets.
- Supporting the wider team and assisting with additional shifts when required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible and available to work across different trading days and shifts.
- Interested in supporting multiple local businesses and their products.
- Available throughout the Christmas and New Year trading period.

Experience:

1+ year previous retail and/or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

These positions will initially be offered as seasonal casual contracts, commencing in November 2026 and running through up until 31 January 2027. Team members who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude may be considered for ongoing casual and PPT Retail Sales Assistant opportunities beyond the Christmas period. Ongoing opportunities may be offered to team members who demonstrate solid performance, reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude subject to availability and business requirements. Please note that ongoing employment is not guaranteed.

Pay: $23.38 – $35.07 per hour
