WE’RE HIRING: SALES MANAGER — BREATH TRAILER

Holroyd, near Parramatta, Sydney | Full-time, on-site

A$40 per hour + commission per sale | Start as soon as possible

We’re looking for an experienced sales manager who can personally close deals, lead people and take ownership of day-to-day showroom sales operations.

You’ll meet clients, run showroom consultations, follow up enquiries, negotiate and close sales, manage the sales pipeline, and coach and coordinate our sales team. You’ll work closely with our appointment setter and other employees, keep operations running when the owner is away, and help grow the business.

What you’ll bring:

- Proven sales results and real experience managing people, with examples of teams led and results achieved.

- Strong negotiation, relationship-building and closing skills.

- Fluent skilled English for client conversations, negotiations and team communication.

- A proactive, reliable approach,



confidence making decisions and the ability to motivate a team.

- A valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

- Sydney-based, with Australian work rights and availability to work at our Holroyd showroom.

Experience in high-value sales, automotive, caravans, RVs or camping is an advantage.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Some Saturday work may be required, to be discussed. An early start is preferred.
