Two positions available

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Pakistani Cuisine Chef to join our restaurant on a temporary basis.

We are looking for someone who specialises in authentic Pakistani cuisine and has strong experience preparing traditional Pakistani dishes.

Position details.

- Immediate start preferred.
- Experience in authentic Pakistani cuisine is essential.
- Must be confident preparing traditional Pakistani meals, curries, biryanis, karahi and BBQ.
- Must be able to work independently in a professional restaurant kitchen.

2. EXPERIENCED TANDOOR CHEF

We are also seeking an experienced Tandoor Chef who specialises in preparing authentic tandoori dishes and traditional Indian and Pakistani starters.

Requirements:

- Proven experience operating a traditional tandoor oven.
- Experience preparing naan,



roti and other traditional tandoor breads.
- Skilled in preparing tandoori chicken, tikka, kebabs and other tandoori dishes.
- Experience preparing restaurant-quality entrees and appetisers.
- Knowledge of traditional marinades, spices and preparation techniques.
- Ability to maintain consistency, food quality and presentation.

Our restaurant is preparing for an exciting change in direction, transitioning towards a breakfast-focused menu.
