MY GENTLE DENTIST IS HIRING

Seeking an experienced Senior receptionist or dental assistant with some previous management experience in a dental practice or willingness to learn.

30-38 hours a week available depending on your availability.

Hourly rate and contract terms and conditions are negotiable for the right candidate.

We are a well-established and highly reputed practice in North Brisbane and have well established protocols and all modern technology. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised person to join our team.

key roles:

-Reception duties and provide exceptional customer service.

-Maintaining discipline and ensuring timely completion of tasks every day.

-Maintaining and ensuring optimal infection control measures /cleanliness of the practice.

-Recruitment and training of staff.

-Ability to help deliver local area marketing initiatives that will help drive new patient numbers and practice growth.

-Ability to help drive business growth and maximise profitability.

Must haves:

-Extensive knowledge and experience in both clinical and reception areas.

-Up to date knowledge on recent cross infection protocols and motivation to keep up to date with these measures.

-Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.

-Be familiar with the use of PRODA or willing to learn

-Valuable computer skills





-Leadership skills and be a team player

Support and training will be provided to help your transition.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
