Strong skills in supporting student engagement, wellbeing, communication and positive behaviour.
A collaborative approach to working with families, teachers, teacher aides, therapists and other professionals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to contribute positively to a supportive team culture.
Flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm for working within the dynamic workplace of a new and growing school.
A commitment to ongoing professional learning, reflection and continuous improvement.
