Equal Access Care is a registered NDIS provider looking for an experienced, caring support worker in Lismore NSW. This is a personal care role supporting people in their own homes and in the community, including showering, dressing, meal preparation and assistance, help around the home, and community access. Shifts are on weekdays during the daytime, around 6 hours each.

This is a contract role — you'll need an ABN.

Requirements: minimum Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services (or Disability); several years' hands-on personal care experience; trauma-informed practice; confident helping with computer tasks; NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain one); First Aid; current driver's licence and own reliable car; qualified presentation and a non-smoker; respectful, calm and dependable.
