ModTech Electrical Services is a local Blue Mountains business built on word-of-mouth and doing things properly. We’re growing, and we’re looking for our first team lead.

This is a step-up role for an accredited solar and battery electrician who wants more than just the tools. You’ll run jobs on site, lead and train apprentices, and be the friendly face our customers deal with. You’ll also help build the team behind the scenes.

What you’ll do:

- Install and commission residential and commercial solar and battery systems
- Lead, train and mentor apprentices on site
- Quote and plan works, order gear and collect materials
- Deal with customers directly and keep our standards and brand front of mind
- Occasional away work on utility-scale solar farms

What you’ll need:

- NSW unrestricted electrical licence




- Current solar and battery installer accreditation through Solar Accreditation Australia (LIKELY the right scheme name; confirm your wording)
- [Driver’s licence / own vehicle / other tickets – fill in]
- Valuable communication skills and a willingness to lead
