The role
We need an experienced support worker with a vast experience in this field to start straight away. You'll provide one-on-one community access support, including:

- Weekday mornings/afternoon/evening shifts/weekend shifts
- Outings, appointments, social activities and daily-living support

You'll be taking over established participant relationships, so we're looking for someone confident who can hit the ground running.

You'll have

- Solid hands-on experience in disability support
- Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- A warm,



patient and dependable approach
- Cert III/IV in Individual Support or Disability (preferred)

Must have (or be able to provide quickly)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid/CPR
- Right to work in Australia
