Key responsibilities:

- Develop and drive the sales plan, setting revenue and booking targets and monitoring performance against them.
- Grow recurring revenue by refining and promoting the business's maintenance service plans and improving customer retention.
- Improve quote-to-booking conversion and set pricing guidelines that protect margins.
- Plan and manage digital and local marketing campaigns, including the website, search, social media and paid advertising, within budget.
- Identify current customer segments and referral partners, such as real estate agents, strata and property managers, and builders.
- Strengthen the Cloud 9 brand as a premium, detail-focused service across all customer touchpoints.
- Manage online reviews and the business's reputation, and build relationships with referral partners and the local community.
- Report on sales and marketing results to the owner and recommend strategy adjustments.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Education:

- Bachelor Degree (Hons) (Preferred)

Experience:

- Sales and Marketing Managerial: 1 year (Preferred)
