SALON COORDINATOR | FULL-TIME

We're looking for a friendly, confident and motivated Salon Coordinator to join our team at Rock Paper Scissors Hair Studio!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves customer service, has excellent organisational skills and enjoys being part of a fun, passionate and professional team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Salon Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of our salon and play a key role in keeping our busy day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming clients and delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing appointments, bookings and client enquiries
- Answering phone calls, emails and messages professionally
- Coordinating stylists' schedules and ensuring the salon runs efficiently
- Processing payments and assisting with retail sales
- Supporting the team with daily salon operations
- Maintaining a beautifully presented and welcoming reception area
- Helping create an outstanding experience for every client

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software
- Outstanding organisation, time management and multitasking abilities




- Impeccable personal grooming and a polished, qualified presentation
- Great attention to detail
- A friendly, professional and positive attitude
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
- Confidence in problem-solving and taking initiative
- A team-focused attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
- Social media skills and experience are a big plus!

Previous reception, administration, hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded. Experience in the hair or beauty industry would be a bonus, but is not essential!

POSITION DETAILS

- Full-time position
- Commencing early January 2027
- Paid training and onboarding to begin as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition into the role
- Based at our beautiful South Fremantle salon
