Sales & Partnerships Representative – Weddings & Events

RSVPeasy is looking for one proactive, personable sales representative to introduce our white label platform to wedding venues, planners and invitation designers.

About RSVPeasy

RSVPeasy helps people create invitations and online RSVP pages, share event information and manage guest responses in one place.

Our white label platform allows businesses to offer this service under their own brand, including their logo and colours. They choose their own package prices and decide whether they or their clients create and manage each event.

For venues, planners and designers, it’s an additional service they can offer without needing to build their own technology.

What you’ll do

You’ll take potential customers from the first conversation through to signup and initial setup:

- Find and contact suitable venues, planners and invitation designers.
- Arrange personalised walkthroughs, primarily by video call.
- Explain the benefits and demonstrate how the platform fits into each business.
- Answer questions and help interested businesses sign up during the walkthrough wherever practical.
- Guide recent customers through their initial setup.
- Follow up with prospects and keep clear records of your activity.
- Occasionally visit venues or meet with designers in person.

Hours and targets





You’ll start with 8 hours per week, with flexibility to arrange your hours around business availability.

After an initial training and pipeline-building period, your target will be 1-2 new paying business customer per week.

There is potential for additional hours as results and demand grow.

Who we’re looking for

- Experience in sales, business development or partnerships.
- Confidence approaching new businesses and asking for the sale.
- A friendly, professional communication style.
- Comfort learning and demonstrating an online platform.
- Strong organisation and follow-through.
- The ability to work independently from home and attend occasional local meetings.

Wedding or events industry experience and existing connections would be highly regarded.
