Gems IT Solutions Pty Ltd is looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points.

- Configure and manage LAN, WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP and VPN environments.

- Configure and maintain FortiGate and other business firewall/security solutions.

- Install, configure and troubleshoot business Wi-Fi networks.

- Monitor network performance, availability and security.

- Diagnose and resolve network, internet and connectivity issues.

- Manage firewall rules, VPNs, access controls and firmware updates.

- Provide onsite and remote technical support to business clients.

- Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, printers and network devices.





- Perform network upgrades, migrations and recent office/network deployments.

- Maintain network diagrams, IP/VLAN records and technical documentation.

- Coordinate with ISPs, vendors and third-party service providers.

- Assist with backup, disaster recovery and cybersecurity requirements.

- Perform regular network maintenance and security checks.

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support and escalate complex issues when required.

Pay: $70,200.00 – $127,000.00 per year
