Key responsibilities

- Ensure protected delivery of projects through the management of risk and competence.
- Recruit and retain talent
- Provide leadership in identifying project opportunities with existing clients
- Ensure projects are delivered on all IFM contracts
- Identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with each and every project




- Mentor team to seek out opportunities to generate projects through innovation and life cycle planning
- Lead the sales process through solutions development, participation in presentations and consultation meetings.
- Contribute to Business unit strategy development
- Manage Business unit forecast for financials
- Negotiate contractual obligations and disputes upstream and downstream
- Conduct monthly and ad hoc project review meetings covering all aspects of project delivery

Skills and experience we are looking for:

- Business manager mindset
- Strong Sales/BD mindset
- Strong Projects background approx. 8 years
- Experience leading team and delivering to key targets
