Your Role

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Breakfast Bar Supervisor to lead our morning service at Hellenika.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the breakfast bar operation, supporting the team and ensuring our guests receive the exceptional service Hellenika is known for.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operation, can make a great coffee and knows how to lead a team in a busy restaurant environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Overseeing the daily breakfast bar operation, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

- Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and maintaining excellent beverage standards.

- Leading, training and supporting the team throughout service.

- Creating a welcoming atmosphere and building genuine relationships with guests.

- Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and wider team to maintain service standards.

- Managing opening procedures,



stock levels and general bar organisation.

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.

About You

We're looking for someone who loves hospitality, takes pride in delivering great service and enjoys leading by example.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role within a busy café or quality restaurant.

- Strong barista skills and confidence working on a high-volume coffee machine.

- Experience leading, training and motivating a team.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- A warm, professional and guest-focused approach.

- The ability to stay calm, organised and hands-on during busy service periods.

- Availability for early morning starts, including weekends.

- A current Queensland RSA Certificate or willingness to obtain one.

- Full Australian working rights.
