About the role

We're looking for an Account Manager / Solution Leader to lead our established partnership with a global leader in building materials and construction solutions, and help take their hiring to the next level. You'll own the client relationship, lead day-to-day recruitment delivery, and bring fresh ideas to every stage of the hiring journey. This is a hybrid role based in North Sydney.

What you'll do

- Partner with your client's hiring leaders to understand their talent needs, priorities, and culture
- Lead the recruitment team with responsibility for end-to-end recruitment delivery
- Bring creative sourcing strategies to life across a range of channels and platforms to reach the right people
- Build strong, trusted relationships with candidates and clients, creating a great experience at every step




- Use data and insight to track performance and recommend ways to improve
- Work closely with our internal teams to deliver joined-up, strategic solutions
- Stay across industry trends and best practice, always looking for better ways to do things

What you'll bring

- Proven experience in talent acquisition and team leadership, with a track record of finding and hiring outstanding people
- Experience recruiting in construction, building materials, manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus
- Confidence managing client stakeholders and building rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
- Curiosity, a team-first mindset, and a genuine interest in growing personally and professionally
