AusCare Partners is seeking a qualified, compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their own homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse passionate about person-centred care, promoting independence and improving clients’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care and conduct health assessments in clients’ homes.
- Monitor health conditions and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.
- Administer medications and provide nursing interventions within your scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:





- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant nursing experience; home care experience preferred.
- Current Police Check and required compliance documents.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Weekday availability.
- Strong clinical, communication and documentation skills.
