McWilliams Lawyers is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Perth office on a full time, permanent basis. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and Practice Manager, providing high-level executive support and helping manage day-to-day operations.

You will assist with HR matters, onboarding, and staff administration, coordinate business development activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support practice management systems and IT services.
