Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Monitor residents' health and report changes in their condition.
- Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support and supervise care staff where required.
- Work collaboratively with facility management and healthcare teams.
- Maintain compliance with aged care standards and clinical policies.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous aged care experience preferred.
- Current National Police Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check where applicable.
- Up-to-date vaccinations and required compliance documents.
