Cleaner | Luxe Clean Group

Brisbane | Gold Coast

We're not looking for just another cleaner.

We're looking for people who take pride in their work, notice the details others miss, want to learn, and genuinely care about the standard they deliver.

At Luxe Clean Group, we're building a team of cleaning professionals who want to master their craft, not simply move from job to job.

What we won't do

We won't throw you into a job with no training and call it "hands-on learning."

We won't rush you through jobs and sacrifice quality just to get more done.

We won't promise "growth opportunities" without a real path behind them.

We won't ignore your ideas because you're "just a cleaner."

And we won't call you a team while treating you like a number.

What we will do

You'll be trained properly and supported as you develop your skills.

You'll learn professional cleaning techniques across areas such as stone, fabric, glass and other specialist surfaces, rather than simply being shown a checklist and left to figure things out yourself.

You'll be expected to work to a high standard, but you'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on more responsibility.

For the right people, there is a pathway into roles such as:

- Team Lead
- Trainer
- Greater responsibility within the team
- Your own area or "patch"

We also want our cleaners to speak up. You're the person doing the work, seeing the problems and noticing where things could be improved. Your ideas matter.

About you

You don't need to be perfect on day one.

We're looking for people with:

- A genuinely positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Pride in their work
- Reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work independently
- A willingness to learn and take feedback
- Professional presentation
- Respect for clients, homes and property
- The motivation to continually improve

Cleaning experience is highly regarded, particularly experience in residential, commercial, hotel, housekeeping or other professional cleaning environments.

However, attitude, reliability and potential matter just as much as experience.

What to expect

Our recruitment process includes a screening questionnaire followed by a paid practical trial for shortlisted candidates.

The trial gives both you and us the prospect to see whether the role and team are the right fit before moving forward.

This isn't a job you simply fall into.

It's an opportunity to learn, develop and become genuinely good at what you do.

Location

We're currently hiring across:

Brisbane | Gold Coast | Sunshine Coast

If you're someone who takes pride in doing things properly, wants to learn the technical side of professional cleaning, and is looking for more than just another cleaning job, we'd like to hear from you.
