Mirra is a conversion platform for ecommerce brands, built around the moment shoppers hesitate. Our suite spans Try at Home, Returns and Concierge, all built to help retail brands convert more shoppers and keep them coming back. We're Shopify-native, live with 100+ brands across AU, the US and the UK, and growing fast with a lean team.

We're looking for a BDR who is hungry, resilient and loves the phone, and who'd be great to work alongside. We're a small, friendly, fully remote team: we work hard, back each other and celebrate wins together. You will book qualified demos with fashion, footwear, sportswear, beauty and lifestyle brands, from founder-led labels to some of the biggest names in Australian retail.

What the role looks like:

- Phone-first: 60+ calls a day, plus email, text and LinkedIn
- AI-first: Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot and Claude to research and personalise at scale




- You own your day and your numbers
- Uncapped commission on every attended qualified demo
- Explicit path to 360 BDM

You have 2 to 3 years as an SDR or BDR, preferably in SaaS. An interest in fashion, beauty or ecommerce is a bonus. If you want to build a sales career fast, we'd love to hear from you.

A$80k base + super + uncapped commission (OTE A$120k).
