Front of House Team Member – Neutral Bay

Johnny Gio’s Pizza is looking for friendly, energetic and reliable FOH team members to join our Neutral Bay team.

We’re looking for people who enjoy customer service, work well in a fast-paced environment and are keen to learn, cross-train and grow with us long term.

The Role:

* Provide friendly and professional customer service

* Take orders, process payments and handle customer enquiries

* Set up and prepare the FOH and sending bench before service

* Coordinate orders with BOH and check accuracy before dispatch

* Manage customer pickups and delivery drivers

* Keep FOH and the sending bench clean, stocked and organised

* Complete restocking, cleaning and closing duties

* Be willing to cross-train and support other areas of the store

What We’re Looking For:

* Positive attitude and strong communication skills

* Reliable, punctual and a good team player





* Comfortable working in a busy environment

* Good evening and weekend availability

* Willingness to learn and take feedback

* Looking for a long-term role with opportunities to develop

Hospitality or customer-service experience is preferred, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn matter most.
