About the Role
Physio Cure is seeking a confident and experienced Clinical Pilates Instructor to join our physio-led clinic in Elsternwick.
This role involves delivering Mat, Reformer, and Trapeze Table Pilates to a mixed caseload of rehabilitation and general fitness clients, working closely alongside our physiotherapy team.
We are looking for someone who can deliver high-quality, technique-focused sessions and understands the clinical requirements of patients.
Schedule
Minimum 8 hours per week across 3 days:
- Monday
- Thursday
- Friday or Sunday
(With potential to increase hours based on demand)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small group Clinical Pilates sessions
- Work with clients with musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions
- Modify programs based on clinical presentation and physio input
- Maintain high standards of technique, cueing, and safety
- Communicate effectively with physiotherapists regarding patient progress
About You
- Qualified Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer essential)
- Experience with Trapeze Table (preferred)
- Understanding of rehabilitation and injury management
- Comfortable working in a clinical environment
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
- Holds current Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance
Remuneration
up to $70 per hour (contractor)
Rate will be determined based on:
- Clinical experience
- Equipment proficiency (Reformer & Trapeze Table)
- Ability to manage rehabilitation clients independently
