The role

The Senior Casual is the face of Pulp on the floor. You'll prepare and serve our core products, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and help create a store environment that reflects the Pulp brand. As well as your in-store responsibilities, we'd love you to help bring Pulp to life online.

What you'll do

- Prepare açaí bowls, granola, matcha, cold brew and soft serve to recipe and quality standards
- Greet every customer warmly, guide them through the menu and handle feedback calmly
- Run opening and closing duties, the POS and till reconciliation
- Monitor and rotate stock and help with weekly stock counts
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
- Support and guide junior team members on shift

About you

- Food service, café or quick-service experience is preferred but not essential for the right person
- Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working rapid in peak periods
- High standard of personal presentation
- Bonus: barista experience, POS experience, a Food Handler's Certificate, or knowledge of Açaí and wellness products
