We're Hiring – Wait Staff for Our Wine Bar

We’re looking for a friendly, courteous and customer-focused Wait Staff Member to join our team at our wine bar! in High Street, Northcote.

Hours: Thursday to Sunday Evenings Only

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a warm and welcoming personality, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a relaxed and professional setting. MUST HAVE RSA for immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet and welcome customers upon arrival.
- Provide attentive, courteous and professional customer service.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Prepare and serve cocktails.
- Have a good understanding of customer service and hospitality standards.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and inviting bar and dining area.
- Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:





- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential.
- Previous experience in hospitality or a wine bar is preferred.
- Confidence in making cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, professional and well-presented manner.
- Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
