With multiple restaurants across Melbourne and new stores coming soon we are currently recruiting for awesome people to join our crew at 300 Grams Keilor East.

What’s involved?

- Being the face and the hands behind our brand
- Providing an amazing 300 Grams experience front of house
- Becoming a master across all stations impacting customer experience (service, packing, chips) and then migrating into the cookline (buns, building, grilling, chicken)
- Making sure the restaurant is always sparkling clean
- Working as a team in a fast-paced, fun, quick-service casual dining restaurant environment!
- Working a range of shifts including weekdays, weeknights & weekends
- Shifts include from 11:00am - 4:00pm and 4:00pm - 10pm.

What we look for:

Proactive, positive and reliable people with an appetite for learning (ok, and burgers). If you have previous experience in hospitality service or in in any customer-facing environment, great however, there are opportunities for entry-level roles,



so we are able to train and support the person that displays the right behaviours.

We have multiple roles available offering casual or, full time hours. We’re a hospitality business, so you need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and on the weekends (minimum of 12 hours per week). Applicants must have (and be able to maintain) full, ongoing working rights in Australia.
