Ciao Beauty is looking for a Doctor Assistant to join a dynamic team of professionals under the supervision and guidance of Dr William XL WU.

For Doctor Assistant Role

*Full Time/Part Time Role (Flexible working hours)*

We are looking for 1–2 enthusiastic and motivated team members to join our growing cosmetic clinic and work alongside our experienced aesthetic doctors.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients throughout their treatment journey.
- Communicate with clients and explain treatment procedures, pre-care and aftercare instructions.
- Present and explain Before & After photos to help clients understand treatment outcomes.
- Assist doctors with treatment room preparation and appropriate clinical support during injectable procedures.
- Provide professional and attentive client care.
- Assist with general clinic operations when required.

What We're Looking For

- Fluent Mandarin speaking is a MUST.




- Good communication skills are preferred.
- A genuine interest in cosmetic medicine, aesthetics and beauty.
- Friendly, confident and skilled communication skills.
- Medical or healthcare background is highly regarded.
- Nursing students are very welcome to apply!
- Previous experience in a cosmetic clinic, beauty or medical environment is an advantage.
- Responsible, proactive and eager to learn.
