BHP Group in Australia is seeking a Rail Transport Supervisor to join the Rail Operations Mines team. This in office FIFO role oversees a team of Rail Transport Technicians servicing Train Loadouts and operating mainline trains, reporting to the Rail Operations Superintendent. Based in the Pilbara, you will lead safety-first operations on a 7 days, 7 nights, 14-off roster, drive continuous improvement in safety, productivity and culture, and ensure compliance with Rail Rulebook and company
