Equal Access Care is a registered NDIS provider looking for a friendly, chatty support worker in Narrabri. Support includes household tasks (cleaning, keeping on top of the house), garden and yard work, and community access such as grocery shopping and local events, with occasional longer drives to visit family and friends. Shifts are after business hours on weekdays and on weekends. No personal care.

Requirements: NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain), Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR, current driver's licence and own reliable insured car, easy-going and reliable.

The role also includes an occasional longer trip every 3–4 weeks (around 5 hours each way, by car or train, sometimes with an overnight stay), so you must be comfortable with travel.

Pay: $44–$48/hr weekday evenings, $65/hr weekends.
