Sleepy's Aspley is searching for an experienced, motivated and professional Store Manager to join our team on a FULL-TIME basis.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Store Owner, you'll play an important role in driving store performance, leading the sales team and creating an outstanding customer experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves selling, building relationships and helping customers find the perfect sleep solution. You'll take ownership of the store's performance while creating a positive and successful team environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Work towards and exceed sales KPIs and store targets.
- Build strong relationships and rapport with customers.
- Lead, motivate and support the sales team.
- Take a proactive, self-motivated approach and work autonomously.
- Manage general administration, stock control and daily store operations.
- Confidently ask for the sale and know when to ask for support.
- Drive sales performance and maximise store profitability.
- Be available to work most weekends and public holidays — THIS IS A MUST.

Skills and Experience

- Proven success in consultative sales, with retail and other industries welcome.
- Robust understanding of sales KPIs and performance targets.
- Previous team leadership or management experience.
- Experience in store operations and sales management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
