Business Development Manager

- Grow a recent silage business in Australia and NZ, working directly with customers
- Manage existing distributor partnerships across ruminant and monogastric products
- Own the territory's forecasting, pipeline and account planning
- Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings, with up to 4 international trips a year Who we're looking for The role is open to different levels of

experience:




- Experienced commercial leaders with a network in silage, forage or animal nutrition (ruminant or monogastric)
- Early career scientists , such as a recent PhD in animal nutrition, looking to move into a commercial role Across both:
- A degree in agriculture, animal science, veterinary science or a related field
- A professional, corporate approach and strong stakeholder skills
- Commercial drive and comfort with sales data and forecasting
- Distributor and CRM experience is an advantage
- Willingness to travel around 30% of the time
