Bring your high-volume kitchen experience, commitment to quality and hands-on leadership to a role where you’ll keep service running smoothly and support a tight-knit crew.

What you'll be doing

- Running kitchen shifts through serious peaks
- ️ Keeping every plate consistent, quick and to spec
- Managing prep, stock rotation, ordering and wastage
- Keeping food safety, cleanliness and WHS tight
- Training and leading cooks and kitchen hands




- Keeping kitchen and front of house in sync

What you'll bring

- Experience as a kitchen supervisor, senior cook or sous chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
- NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to get one)
- - Speed, stamina and steady leadership

- Full Australian work rights
