About the Role

We're recruiting enthusiastic and confident Brand Ambassadors to represent an exciting new range of premium automatic coffee machines in leading retail stores across Australia.

Target Area:

- Marion SA

This is not a standard sampling role. You'll be demonstrating innovative coffee machines that create café-style beverages at the touch of a button, while confidently educating shoppers on product features, benefits and ease of use.

As the machine handles the coffee-making process, we're looking for people who can focus on what matters most: engaging customers, building excitement around the product, and driving sales through meaningful conversations.

You'll play a key role in influencing purchase decisions by providing product demonstrations, answering customer questions, and showcasing how the machine can fit into everyday lifestyles.

Program Commencement: Week commencing 21/11/26 (inclusive of paid training)
Roster: Must be available Saturdays and Sundays throughout the campaign period (dates to be confirmed)

What You'll Be Doing

- Demonstrating premium automatic coffee machines to shoppers
- Preparing coffee samples using the machine's automated brewing system
- Explaining key product features, perks and functionality
- Engaging customers in friendly and consultative conversations




- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Encouraging customer interaction through hands-on demonstrations
- Maintaining equipment cleanliness and presentation standards
- Building strong relationships with in-store retail teams
- Meeting campaign objectives through customer engagement and sales support

What We're Looking For

- Mandatory weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday shifts and one Friday shift (27th November)
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Confident approaching and speaking with shoppers
- Previous experience in retail sales, demonstrations, customer service or promotional work highly regarded
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Comfortable learning product knowledge and presenting it confidently
- Sales-focused mindset with the ability to influence purchase decisions
- Professional, well-presented and reliable
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Full driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
- Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

While coffee knowledge is beneficial, extensive barista experience is not required. Full product training will be provided. We're primarily looking for confident communicators who enjoy interacting with people and have a natural ability to build rapport and drive sales.

This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy customer interaction and are seeking consistent weekend work as part of a structured retail demonstration program.
