Position Overview

Join the Flip Out Penrith team in a fast-paced, fun and customer-focused setting! We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable individuals to join our Reception and Café team.

Applicants must:

- Be at least 15 years of age.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude, with strong initiative and reliability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and go above and beyond for our customers.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with people of all ages.
- Be confident handling customer enquiries, bookings and payments.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
- Be comfortable multitasking and working across reception and café operations.
- Be willing to learn and assist in all areas of the venue.

Additional Requirements:

- Previous customer service, retail or hospitality experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Barista experience is a bonus but not required.
- Basic computer skills and confidence using POS systems.
- Food handling experience or knowledge is an advantage.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and school holiday periods.

Role Responsibilities

The successful applicants will be responsible for:





- Welcoming customers and assisting with check-ins and bookings.
- Answering phone calls, emails and customer enquiries.
- Processing payments and operating the POS system.
- Preparing and serving café food and beverages.
- Maintaining café cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assisting customers with birthday party enquiries and bookings.
- Restocking supplies and maintaining a clean, organised reception and café area.
- Providing friendly and efficient service to ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Pay: From $19.09 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 15.0 per week
