Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Migration Agent, based in Parramatta, NSW. The Registered Migration Agent will provide expert migration advice and guidance to clients while managing visa applications and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing and lodging visa applications, assessing client eligibility, providing ongoing advice and updates, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and client documentation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Australian migration laws, visa policies, and procedures

Experience in client consultation and providing tailored migration advice

Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills





Strong written and verbal communication abilities with multilingual proficiency considered a plus

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Proven ability to handle sensitive information with impartiality and confidentiality

Current registration as a Migration Agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA)
