Are you a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives?

The Care First Physiotherapy Service is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team and provide high-quality, person-centred therapy services to participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

About the Role

You will work with NDIS participants across different age groups and abilities, supporting them to develop independence, achieve their personal goals and participate more fully in everyday activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA).
- Prepare detailed and high-quality assessment reports.
- Develop individualised occupational therapy programs.
- Provide recommendations for assistive technology and home modifications.
- Support daily living skills, mobility and independence.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor participant progress and review therapy outcomes.
- Prepare professional reports in line with NDIS requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone who:





- Holds a recognised Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Has current AHPRA registration.
- Has experience working with NDIS participants.
- Has excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Is passionate about improving the quality of life of people living with disabilities.
- Can work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport.
