About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for researching, developing, implementing and evaluating marketing strategies to support business growth, customer acquisition and brand development.The role will focus on strategic marketing planning, market research, digital campaign management and performance analysis across multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and analyse customer demographics, consumer preferences, competitor activities and emerging trends within the aesthetic and skin treatment industry.

Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional plans to increase brand awareness, attract new clients and support business growth.

Plan, coordinate and evaluate digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu and other relevant platforms.

Develop marketing initiatives to expand the clinic's reach within the Adelaide market, particularly among local English-speaking customer segments.

Analyse website traffic, search performance, advertising results and customer engagement data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements.





Develop and coordinate SEO, website marketing and digital content strategies to improve online visibility and customer acquisition.

Research market opportunities and contribute to marketing strategies for existing and newly introduced treatments, technologies and services.

Review the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, treatment packages and customer retention initiatives, providing recommendations based on market research and performance data.

Coordinate marketing activities with external advertising providers, content creators, influencers and other relevant service providers.

Monitor marketing expenditure, assess campaign performance and return on investment, and prepare regular marketing reports and recommendations for management.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Commerce (Marketing), Business (Marketing) or a closely related discipline.

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, including marketing strategy development, market research and digital campaign management.

Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing performance data, identify market opportunities and recommend improvements.

Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising and website analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organisational ability and attention to detail.

The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with management and external service providers.

Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, healthcare or other consumer service industries will be highly regarded but is not essential

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
