About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, energetic Gardener Assistant / Labourer to join our team for residential garden maintenance across Bellevue Hill and the Eastern Suburbs.

This role offers an immediate start for the right person, with regular weekly casual shifts and early morning starts.

Key Duties:

- General garden care: weeding, mulching, hedging, pruning, raking, and clean-ups

- Lawn mowing and line trimming / brush-cutting

- Green waste removal and site pack-down

- Assisting with hand tools and power equipment

Requirements:

- Physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather

- Punctual with a positive, can-do attitude and good communication

- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and own reliable transport preferred

- Experience using power equipment (line trimmers, mowers, blowers) is a bonus, but motivated beginners are welcome to apply

- Appropriate personal protective equipment (steel-cap boots, sun protection)
