We are currently seeking an individual who can provide strong and positive leadership to our company and franchise store teams. The successful candidate will ensure best practice is maintained across the allocated region by utilising proven systems that have a positive impact on our business.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in the world of franchise retailing at the highest level with the ability to lead and influence business owners to aim for best practice in KPI’s and the delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction.

The key focus of this role is to coach, motivate and lead store teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience utilising the vast array of tools available that are unique to our business. The role requires in-depth understanding of key performance indicators and external measurements, how they influence each business and in conjunction with the franchise owners, identify, develop and implement strategic plans to take advantage of the opportunities presented.

The successful candidate will have:

- Ability to understand,



anticipate and provide solutions to meet the needs of customers
- Intimate understating and knowledge of bulky goods retailing
- Previous experience managing across multiple sites
- Proven track record in managing retail teams
- A proactive attitude to engaging team and individuals and use a range of communication methods
- Ability to anticipate evolving commercial trends and suggest ways to refocus business activities accordingly
- Passion for the professional and personal growth of franchise partners and staff; and ability to influence this using training, coaching and other tools
- A demonstrable ability to influence key stakeholders by outlining beneficial outcomes

The successful candidate will be required to present a clean Federal Police Check. The inherent requirements of this role include managing confidential and sensitive data.

Some regional and domestic travel will be required for the successful candidate
