Stantaro is a Perth-based video production and social media marketing agency. We create content and run advertising campaigns that generate real enquiries for trades, construction and service businesses across WA. Our work is cinematic, our clients are growing, and we're building a team of people who take pride in every frame.

We're looking for a full-time videographer who has the eye, the skill and the work ethic to lead our on-site capture. If you're the person other shooters look at and think "how did they get that shot?", we want to hear from you.

THE ROLE:

You'll be out in the field most days, filming on construction sites, trade jobs and events across the Perth metro area. Your footage goes straight to our editors and ads team, so the quality you capture directly shapes campaigns that drive results for our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Film on construction sites, trade jobs and events, usually in 2 to 4 hour shoots
- Shoot single-camera on gimbal or handheld, plus drone footage
- Capture in LOG and upload clean, organised footage to Google Drive after every shoot
- Take photos on shoots when needed
- Work from shoot briefs and liaise directly with clients on site




- Bring creative ideas to every shoot rather than just ticking the shot list

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- A standout portfolio showing cinematic, well-composed footage
- Strong gimbal work and confident drone operation
- CASA RePL licence
- White Card (or willing to obtain before starting)
- Current driver's licence
- Comfortable on busy work sites and confident talking with tradies and business owners
- Reliable, punctual and able to run a shoot independently
- Your own camera and drone and lighting kit

BONUS POINTS:

- Experience shooting construction, trades or event content
- Experience shooting short-form content for social media and paid ads
- Solid photography skills
