You will be an important part of our branch team, providing sales support, managing customer enquiries and keeping day-to-day administration running smoothly
About the role
- Deliver outstanding service to customers in person, over the phone and via email
- Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, returns and customer enquiries accurately
- Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing practical solutions
- Proactively follow up quotations, orders and customer requests
- Support branch administration and ensure customer records and transactions are maintained accurately
- Work closely with the wider branch team to provide a seamless customer experience
- Build your knowledge of our products, customers and the electrical industry
