Play a key role in keeping our industrial-focused Dandenong branch supplied, organised and responsive to customers.

This is a varied opportunity for an experienced purchasing or procurement qualified who enjoys balancing inventory control, supplier management and internal sales support. You’ll work closely with suppliers, customers and the branch team to ensure the right stock is available at the right time, while helping deliver a seamless customer experience.

About the role

- Manage branch replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels and purchase in line with planning schedules
- Monitor and maintain stock policy, identifying opportunities to improve inventory levels and availability
- Track open purchase orders, manage supplier delivery performance and optimise purchase order schedules
- Analyse pricing across branches, identify cost-saving opportunities and help reduce cost variance
- Monitor purchasing and inventory KPIs, including PO lines, SIFOT and cost variance
- Support the Internal Sales team with customer orders, product enquiries, quotations and follow-up
- Build effective relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders and industrial customers
