About the Appointment
As Financial Controller, you will play an important role in overseeing financial operations, strengthening reporting capability and driving improvements across finance processes and systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing month-end, financial reporting and management accounts.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow activities.
- Strengthening financial controls, governance and compliance.
- Improving finance systems, processes and reporting capabilities.
- Developing dashboards and automation to improve financial visibility and efficiency.
- Providing commercial insights and financial advice to senior stakeholders.
- Leading and developing a small finance team.
- Coordinating year-end reporting and external audit requirements.
About You
You are an experienced finance professional who enjoys combining strong accounting capability with process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
You will bring:
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Strong experience across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
- Experience leading or developing a small finance team.
- A demonstrated ability to improve systems, processes and reporting.
- Previous experience utilising business intelligence and/or budgeting systems is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior leaders and operational stakeholders.
- A proactive approach and the ability to drive improvements.
