We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This is a graduate or an accountant in the early stages of their career.

What You will be doing

Reporting to the Senior Accountant CPA, CA you will be an integral member of the Finance Team, assisting with the maintenance of company ledgers and the preparation of financial reports across all areas of the business.

Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to your success in this role. Working closely with senior managers, you will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information used to prepare reports and meet the company’s compliance obligations.

- · Provide day-to-day accounting and administrative support to the Finance Team.

- · Process and reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.

- · Prepare invoices, receipts, payment records, and supporting documentation.

- · Assist with bank reconciliations, supplier statement reconciliations, and customer account follow-ups.

- · Ensure compliance with company finance policies, internal controls, and established procedures.

- · Liaise with external accountants, tax advisers, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders as required.

- · Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and management reports.

- · Update and maintain accurate customer and account information in the CRM system.





- · Provide payroll support and assistance when required.

About You

The successful candidate will be a graduate or in the early stages of their career with some previous experience in the workplace. We are seeking an analytical and commercially minded junior finance qualified who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

- · A degree Accounting or Finance.

- · 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliations. Public practice experience is desirable.

- · Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when processing financial data.

- · Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using accounting, financial, and CRM systems.

- · Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- · Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- · A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and further develop your accounting skills. Progress towards, or an interest in pursuing, CA or CPA qualifications will be highly regarded.
