About the Role:

This opportunity represents an exciting opening within our Personal Advice team.



Our Client Service Officers (CSO) works collaboratively with Senior CSO’s and Associates to support Financial Advisers, delivering high-quality administrative and client service support. This role ensures an exceptional client experience and smooth coordination of the superannuation and investment advice processes in line with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Act as primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requests

- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and external providers through timely, proactive and professional communication

- Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering required documentation

- Coordinate the annual review process including booking meetings and generating reports with a high level of accuracy

- Coordinate work requests with offshore team

- Data collection and research as required

- Verify identification documents and ensure compliance with AML/CTF legislation.

- Prepare and action client documentation with a high level of accuracy

- Maintain client records with accurate and timely information and in accordance with AFSL and regulatory obligations

Experience and Skills:

- Experience in financial planning, wealth management or professional services roles. Working knowledge of superannuation and investment advice desired

- Working knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance

- Experience using Xplan is desired

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite & Adobe Pro





- A high level of client service skills

- Attention to detail

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Ability to manage multiple priorities
