Neon Blonde is looking for a qualified senior stylist who loves creating beautiful blondes and delivering an experience that keeps clients coming back.

If you take pride in your craft, enjoy connecting with people and want to keep growing your skills, we’d love to meet you.

What we offer

- A primarily Keune salon, complemented by selected Redken colour.

- A minimum of 20 hours per week, with additional hours by agreement as bookings grow.

- Casual employment preferred, with the opportunity to move into permanent part-time. Permanent part-time from the outset will also be considered for the right candidate.

- A four-day salon week, plus just one Saturday a month—leaving most weekends free.

About you

- Qualified hairdresser with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience.





- Warm and personable, comfortable chatting with clients and building lasting relationships.

- Take pride in the whole appointment experience, making clients feel welcomed, listened to and cared for from consultation through to the finishing touches.

- Highly skilled in blondes, including foiling, balayage and toning, with a robust focus on maintaining hair condition.

- Confident in consultations, creating personalised colour plans and setting realistic expectations.

- Skilled in cutting, styling and finishing.

- Reliable, supportive and happy to contribute to the team.

- Keen to keep learning and developing your skills.
